Red spot/purple spots under skin. Confused.

So,yesterday on paper,the doctor gave me my blood test (CBC) results from my blood test I had last week.I was so relieved to see my numbers were right where I wanted them! All good :) I felt so great about myself for the first half of the day/night! Even went out with my friends.

Then,I came home after a long triumphant night of being happy..guess what?

Blood spots!

I have one circular one on my arm,its big and red.
Then I have a purple one,which is fairly smaller on my bottom half of leg.
Theres others sporadically placed elsewhere too but ugh

I cannot begin to fathom how this happened. In the course of a day. I'm not freaking out as much as I thought I would be though,my mind is thinking about luekiema still kind of. Even though my blood test was fine? Could blood change in a week?

Also,while I was out with my friends-we stopped over at one of their places which I'll admit their living situation is a little dirty..I layed down on her bed and stuff too so like maybe I brought home bed bugs or they are bug bites? But I had clothes on? I do feel a little itchy to be fair

I'm more confused than worried and I need some reassurance because this is freaking me out like no tomorrow. Sorry guys.
