Has anyone else suffered weight loss through anxiety, my appetite is still here, but even if I'm eating 4 meals a day, I seem to be dropping weight in strange areas, round my knees, lower legs and round my collarbones.

Anyone else been through this? It's driving me insane.

Weight loss from anxiety is not uncommon but your perception is skewed as one does not lose weight in certain body parts like knees. That's just hyper-vigilance combined with altered perception due to anxiety.

I know what you're dealing with. I however deal with a lot of stress and anxiety that it stops my appetite sometimes. I think maybe you're just deficient in certain areas. Because if you are eating a good amount, you shouldn't be losing much weight.

I think maybe you need to eat more food and have more snacks at least. Do whatever you can to give your body what it needs. Don't allow yourself to feel hungry. Always be eating.

I feel the same way, and I have gained a decent amount by simply pushing myself to eat more. If your goal is just to maintain your weight, don't be scared to add whatever you can to your current eating regimen.
