Hello,

I have been having this isolated vibrating in my quad. its feels almost like a cellphone. Its been pretty consistent every few seconds.

Im not overly worried about it but it is driving me CRAZY. Its really really annoying.

Ive had twitches before and this definitely does not feel like one of them.

Any ideas on what this could be?

Anyone experienced it before and know how to make it go away?

I have had this exact same thing. I even described it as a cell phone going off in my pocket. I have had it at least twice and both times I did some yoga and went to a chiropractor to adjust my lower back and it went away. Good luck and nothing to worry about in my opinion.

Sounds like a muscle spasm. I've had those in the side of my chest. Have you ever had where your eyebrow twitches? It's like that.

There's a few things that can cause them. Not sleeping well, muscle strain, and muscle pulls. Even if you don't realize you pulled something it's very possible.

Muscle spasms? I get those in my leg a lot particularly after workouts if I don't have enough potassium beforehand.

You have BFS. This is a symptom.

You have BFS. This is a symptom.

Or just anxiety with an anxiety symptom.

I prefer that since it avoids the BFS rabbit hole with all it's ruling out.
