Liver pain? Or just nothing?

Hi,
I posted about this while back but it's still bugging me. If i sort of distend my stomach and breathe out the upper right side hurts when I exhale. Is this a concern? It doesn't hurt at any other time, only if I sort of push it out. Worried ut might be something bad. Any advice?
