Hello, my name is Cole and I suffer from anxiety/depression. I recently started feeling anxious again. I just had a relationship end and I am going to be traveling to Europe for 6 weeks. I think the combination of the two is making me start to feel anxious again. I am hoping to hear how other people deal with their anxiety and any tips and tricks I could try.
