Anyone here get welts/hives from anxiety?

Sometimes when I'm going through a stressful time or just came out of an attack, I kind of break out in hives all along my legs. Thought they were bug bites for a long time until I made the correlation. They suck but I prefer them over shaking or nausea.

Though I think it could be something not related to anxiety, I sometimes get undiagnosed outbreaks over my torso. Perhaps something to do with extra adrenaline?
