Just need reassurance

Went for my 3rd mammogram in my lifetime (I'm now 41) today. All the others have been clear...now waiting to hear on it.

anyone have any reassurance...i had my regular physical in the morning with manual breast exam and the nurse practitioner said everything felt normal...

If all of the others have been clear and the manual one was fine, I'd say you need to relax and trust that everything will be fine.

Thanks...I'm not quite sure why i get so worked up about this...other women do I suppose? how do others handle this stress??

You are good! If you haven't found a lump and your dr didn't feel a lump it's ok! I think the mammogram itself is anxiety. Were you scared prior to it? Maybe you are just still coming down from working yourself up?

They just give me the crazies - especially since I have health anxiety and that is soooo it - I work myself into a tizzy thinking 'bout the whole thing.
