Hi my heart rate is usually pretty good around 70 but over the last few days my anxiety has been greatly heightened and my heart rate seems to be staying around 84. My legs also feel really restless and I can't settle. Is this normal with anxiety? Had many anxiety symptoms but this is new to me. Also my resting heart rate used to be around 62 but this is now more like 72. Thanks
