Just thought i would say hello as my first post.

My names Cath and im from Liverpool. I suffer from depression and anxiety as well as low self esteem.

I must admit, just reading through chat and forums already makes me feel a little bit more normal, so thank you all for being brave enough to talk about your feelings. I know its hard but it made me want to join your gang...

Looking forward to getting to know some of you, hopefully looking for a meet at some point in the future.
