Hi there everyone

I did a quick google search about paranoia and anxiety and found myself here. I am a 25 year old woman from the sunny west coast of the US. I have been suffering from anxiety since about 18 but in the last three years it's been at it's worst. :shrug:

I joined this forum to feel some relief since underneath my anxiety is a girl who loves to let loose and have fun. Since my anxiety has been bad i've had a hard being able to enjoy life like I would like to. Hopefully this can be one step in healing. I would love the chance to get to the root of all this! :yesyes:
