For last couple of days I keep experiencing a weird tooth ache - usually on my top teeth it's like pressure in my gums. I have TMJ so I figured that could be causing it because sometimes I grind my back teeth at night, but now I'm experiencing the same sort of pain on my front teeth and it's making me uneasy because I'm pretty sure I don't grind those!! Because of this I'm now getting all irrational what if something is wrong with my sinuses. Oh and I don't have any dental problems.
Could this still just be from jaw and muscle tension do you think? I imagine the pain could transfer also to the front teeth or smth... has anyone else experienced this?
