Constipation pains but sloppy poo help!

Im getting really heavy stuck poo feelings and a bit sicky feeling and the u need the loo to poo.
I got to the loo and it comes out sloppy and ball like pieces of poo it feels like. Cant see the poo causebits so cloudy down there.
I have been told i have ibs and usually have ro take laxitives to help the poo along as i dont drink enough but im now confused as to what to take when it feels like heavy constipation but comes out much closer to diarohea what med sgould i take?

That's a question for your doctor but just increasing your liquids may help. Also adding a fiber supplement helps as well.

Yes... It's a mild laxative. And yes, a laxative will often make things a little messy. Again, increasing your hydration may help. If not, just ask your doctor next time.
