Has anyone experienced something like this?

When I wake up from sleep and stay at the bed I get weird sensations on my head/face, sometimes in the temples, sometimes around middle of the nose, sometimes above the forehead, and weakness feeling in the throat/jaw/head, vision seems out of focus and jumpy too until I move my head, pretty weird and scary, driving me mad!
