Sometimes at night when I lye down I will suddenly feel sick, and sometimes my stomach will suddenly hurt too. It's like an aching and full feeling that radiates into my chest and back. Sometimes it's quite painful. I have this right now and I want to sleep but can't, is it normal to have this sometimes due to anxiety ?
