Hi. Im Sara. I have a happy life, but suffer from irrational anxiety about accidents, illnesses and early death. I think about how fragile life is alot and worry that my mum me or my sister will get sick or die. I get this more wgen things are going well and running smoothly. Its spoling things for me. Im hoping this forum will help and i will be able to help others. X
