Hello everyone
Finally got the courage up and decided to register. 44 year old male who has been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for the past 5 years or so. I work largely in the public eye which is starting to become increasingly more difficult over time.
I have been browsing around for a little while, love the information here, just thought I would stop staying in the shadows, register and say hello
