Pain by left floater ribs

So my left side floater ribs almost feel bruised for some reason, and I have no recollection of damaging them or injuring them at all. I have started going to the gym, but I don't feel like I pulled anything. I can't really find anything online, other than it says the spleen is in that area, and the spleen can get enlarged due to Leukemia and Lymphoma and such. It doesn't really feel internal though, its just the tips of the ribs feel bruised. Anyone have anything similar to this at all?

Pain from spleen enlargement would be felt in the lower left abdomen, and it would be a pretty intense pain.

To be honest it's quite a jump to go from a bit of an ache in your ribs to an enlarged spleen. You may have bumped the area in your sleep or given yourself a minor strain. There are literally hundreds of far more likely reasons for this pain.

I would bet that the pain will ease all on its own and eventually disappear.
