Pressure Headaches

hey guys, how are we all doing?
hope you all our enjoying the sun?

quick qustion for you.....


Today i woke up feeling all weak, i went to bed last night, and i had what can only be discribed as a tightness and pressure on the top of my head coming down over my eyes and nose.

it was here again today when i woke up, and i was extremely tired with it, though i pushed myself and went out for a bit, 20 mins first time, 1hr 30 mins the second time, and both time i was alone, aprt from the man above being with me, ( what better company).

its still kinda here, and even breathing is tiring.

has anyone else felt or had this or something similar.

Hi airwolf,

I used to suffer with pressure/tension headaches regularly, mine were often caused by me worrying about a random serious illness I thought I had (and funnily enough the symptoms soon vanished when I stopped thinking about them!) this caused my shoulders to be v tense and up by my ears! Try and relax your shoulders and take your mind off anxiety etc. Much easier said than done I know! Try and distract yourself as much as possible. Take care, good luck.
