Lately I've felt really cold after meals. So much so that I have to cover up with a blanket. My hands and feet especially get ice cold. It doesn't matter if what I'm eating is hot or cold. Anyone else experience this? Maybe my brain is just magnifying a normal bodily response (blood going to stomach for digestion)?
