constipated took dulcolax didn't work worried

I've been in Atkins for a few weeks and now I'm constipated. I poop a little bit but not enough I still feel need to go I took dulcolax two days and it didn't work. Now I'm worried even more since I cannot poop and have pain in sides still is a tumor what's the reason dulcolax didn't work

Dulcolax doesn't work for me either. Soluble fiber and yogurt with active culture sometimes can help.

Maybe try Miralax... That stuff cleaned me out prior to a colonoscopy. Otherwise add in some fiber into your diet.

If it has been an extended period of time since your last bowel movement, see a Gastro or another medical professional.
