Hi all, hope you are doing well in the fight against your anxieties.

I had a good month and a bit since I last posted on here, felt fantastic and had no worries whatsoever, but now they've started up again, just this week I had an extremely tense back and thought I damaged my spine. I fixed that with a massage day. :)

This time its about the left side of my neck, I've been getting this tingling feeling from below my chin to where it meets my collarbone. There have been no other symptoms, loss of mobility, etc and it leads me to wonder, what the heck? Actually, I tell a lie, one symptom I sometimes get but not at the same time mind you is it feeling colder than my right side. I've rarely had both happen at the same time.

I did the silly thing and googled it and the things I could find were 1) MS which I very much doubt I have or pinched nerves. While I don't think it's the absolute worst case scenario (Most of the time, I still have my moments where I go into a panic), it's puzzling as to what this is.

Any pointers before I send myself into a tailspin?
