Before I started the new job I filled out a health questionnaire and stated that I have previously suffered from anxiety which resulted in being signed off work.
I am less than 3 months into the new job and signed off with anxiety.
Do I have any protection because I already declared it?
I am worried they will sack me for performance or abscence
I am aware I have no statutory rights for disciplinary procedures as I haven't worked there for two years yet.
