After lurking around from google search a lot throughout the months, i've finally decided to join today!
I'm a 24 years old, happy worrier male. :roflmao:
I've had anxiety throughout most of my life, although it's often happening in "phases". i.e : 10-13 y.o 17-19 y.o, 23-to now
I've always been the type to worry about things before they happens. I'm trying to change this, but it is quite hard. I often worry without even noticing.
But enough of that! I won't spill the beans too fast, otherwise i won't have any stories in the future to entertain everyone! Hahaha.
