Eye twitching - anyone else experienced this?

Hi everyone!

I hope you're as well as can be!

My left eyelid has been twitching now constantly for a couple of weeks. I get it every now and again, but not to this extent - it's twitching every few minutes.

Has anyone else experienced this? This is one of those things that I'm not sure if it's 'normal', or not :/

Yes it was a common occurrence when I had my HA. It used to drive me nuts. I have recently had a twitch above my eye that went on for weeks and weeks. I think it was also due to stress. People will give you lots of advice, do this, do that. Mine is try not to notice it and then it will go away. :)

Mine are all in my abdominal muscles but I knew my anxiety was hitting fever pitch when I started feeling them all the time. The more I thought about them the more they happened. I think I also had the same thing with my heart as when I stopped "listening" to it all the time I stopped getting palpitations. Just try and relax, maybe a hot bath would help?
