IAPT phone assessment

In a couple of hours I have my IAPT phone assessment to try and get some therapy on the NHS.

Actually quite nervous - like when you ring work to call in sick and you're worried about sounding too well!

Very pleasantly surprised. Been recommended one-to-one therapy, ringing back to give conclusion of how that will look next week. Told CBT probably best (6 months waiting list) but some lower-level preparatory work could be useful too.

I was expecting to be fobbed off with some web links, so actually quite happy with this.
