Weird symptom

So I have a symptom that first happened a month ago, it only happens when I am on a walk, well my walking is like running to be honest, I pass by everyone on the road, but the thing is sometimes I feel some cold dots/spots/prickles not sure what should I call them around my body, mostly upper back/chest/abdomen area, or legs. Randomly I decided to worry about this, but I am scared as hell to google symptoms so I decided to seek for help here. Thanks.

Yes it is anxiety. Anxiety can make you feel hot/cold at random times

Here's what happened to me once. I was dealing with bad panic attacks on a daily/hourly bases a few years ago. i would panic going out for walks causing irregular breathing. That breathing causing you to get those random cold spots throughout your body.
Maybe while your walking you are not breathing right? Another thing a pinched nerve in the neck or spine can cause the same.
