Hi just wondered if anyone can relate. For a few weeks now my head feels like it doesn't have enough blood in it - it feels like when you stand up too quickly & you get a head rush & feel like you need to put your head down again to clear it & to help the blood flow to your brain again - postural orthostatic hypotension I think it's called! But this is just when I'm sitting or standing & is there a lot of the time. It's not constant but I do think it's worse in the morning. I don't feel faint & my vision doesn't start to go but it's just this sensation of not enough blood which makes my brain feel a bit foggy. I don't have anything else with it. My neck & shoulder muscles are usually quite tight too.
I am going to the doctors tomorrow to get it checked out etc, my BP is usually on the lower end of normal & I am taking magnesium for my palpitations so just wanted to check that it's not too low.
Anyway, just wondewred if anyone else has this.
