Are hot spots common with twitching ? Like twitching in the same muscle over and over again for weeks ? Went to the doctor and he referred me to a neurologist. This twitch is causing major anxiety for me . The fear is MND . Irrational yes but still there . At night my whole left arm and shoulder blade trembles and vibrates which leads me to panic and think the worst . During the day then it's on and off twitching of the shoulder blade . I keep prodding at this area so maybe I keep provoking the twitch to linger ? It's been weeks now . Any body have similar ? Thought th doctor would reassure me .... :weep:
