Breast/nipple pain

Hi Everyone!

My left nipple has been sore, not consistently, but now and then for the last day or two. My period is due in a week, could this be related?

Yes, its extremely normal to have breast soreness and sensitivity right before your period comes on.

Ok, never really had this before, so I wasn't sure. It's not even the breast that is sore, it's the nipple.

Anything new really stresses me out. And ever since I turn 40 I worry about breast cancer. Anyone have experience with this?
