So for the past month i've been having this clicking noise in the back of my head whenever i walk/move my head and it's driving me crazy. I've been to the doctors and he says that everything's ok and that i should just massage the spot and it should stop but it didn't work. He said it may be from training (i practice Muay Thai) but i highly doubt it since I can recall the same thing happening to me as a kid. If anyone knows how to get rid of it please help me
