hello, today i was doing some cleaning and noticed a very tender spot on my finger. it's a pin point size on the top of my left ring finger, and only hurts if i touch it. then it's a fairly strong pain, which ends immediately after i stop pressing. it sort of feels like there is a small (tiny) bump under the skin, but there's nothing on the surface. not a bug bite, not a scratch
then this evening, i noticed another spot, exactly the same way, but this one is on the side of my foot. both spots seem VERY slightly red (however you really have to look to notice this) and both seem to have a very small bump UNDER the skin. i can't for the life of me find any cause for these two sore spots, and i'm worried now that it may be fibromyalgia. there's no bruising, no marks on my skin, nothing. what could cause these? i'm worried more will show up
