a bit embarrising

well I have not been to the loo since Friday night. for a number 2. n since then I,ve had a lump in my tummy up above my belly button. I do sometimes have it when im constipated. but it does scare me. just wondering anyone else have this. I always think its the worst and im scared to go to doctors for fearing the worst. :scared15:

Try eating food that aids digestion e.g. fiber, prunes, mint tea etc.

yoga aids cNstipation too
