About twenty minutes ago I pretty much lost all sense of reality. I questioned if everything was real (including myself), and pretty much lost it. I still feel very spacey and very not-real, if that makes sense. I know that partial lobe seizures can cause this feeling (my sister gets them), however I don't know if I'm having seizures or depersonalisation, as I am able to remember the experience. I have felt this way before, and as I have a doctor's appt tomorrow, I will be bringing it up with my GP. I just want to have some reassurance and be able to sleep tonight xx
