Went to see a councillor on tues, thought things were looking up, went to dentist for a check up today normally no problem with attending dentists, my heart started to race in wating room full panic attack followed managed to see the dentist and calm my self down, feeling rough now back to see a councillor this fri, just venting my anger out at having pa
