Dog licked paper cut

I got a deep-ish paper cut on my finger that was bleeding for a while. I left it untended for hours and then touched my friends dog and it bit and lick me in that area. The dog was a little stinky as if it needed a bath. I immediately put some hand sanitizer in that area, I know the hand sanitizer went into the cut because it stung like crazy. Could I get infected with something?
