Hi Guys
I am a newby I suffer with GAD and also panic disorder and have done since 2003
I have been on medication for 15 years.
Currently going through my fourth relapse after my brother in law died at the age of 26.
Have just recently upped my dosage again to 30mg of paroxetine was on 10mg.
This site is fab as it makes me feel that I am not the only one having all these problems..

Would be great to hear from anyone... I am in Devon UK.
