Hi Guys

can anyone relate!Does anyone have had anxiety in the morning?
I have had anxiety in the morning and then come evening time I wonder was the fuss was about.... Then when morning comes it all starts again. :lac:

I used to have this to a degree, and I think it was moreso the fatigue making me feel crappy, then that rolling into anxiety. Do you sleep well? If not, get tested for Sleep Apnea. Trouble falling asleep? Try some Melatonin every once in awhile.

Some people feel better with some morning exercise or even stretching. I don't do it myself, although I should. I am a bum in the morning :(
