I'm 19 years old and for the past year I have a pretty bad health anxiety.
I think I have went through a lot of stuff already but I know that there is a lot ahead of me too.
For the past 2 weeks I've been scared of my bubbly, foamy urine. I don't know if I had it before, but I start it noticing after reading some info graphic about what your urine means.
After a week I had enough, I went to a doc and she did a dipstick test. She said its all fine and there are no traces of blood or protein. I was very relieved.
But shorty after that my mind start going, 'what if the protein were not there at that time' ' what if they were not there because you were drinking a lot of water' ' what if they were not there because you didn't eat a lot of high protein food'.
Now when I urinate sometimes its bubbly and its only a little bit, it quickly goes to the edges of the bowl and disappears within minutes. Most of the time its not bubbly.
I'm not sure what to think anymore.
