Numb Face Tired Lightheaded

So this last week I've been really tired, then I start getting lighthead/spaced out and my nose and cheeks go numb along with my lips start to feel like there burning. Is this all possibility to do with anxiety?

I think so. I get the numb feeling all the time, only on my left side....but it feels like muscle tension (after dealing e it for a year plus...)
