I have been dealing with Panic Disorder for two years. I was taking Lyrica when I first had one and thought it was from that. I also had just gotten home from the gym when my first one hit. I stopped taking Lyrica but it didn't get rid of them. I have symptoms for up to 5 days sometimes. Then I might have a few good days. It changes all the time. I don't handle antidepressants very well. They really make me feel insane. I never give in though. I always get out and do things. I won't let it win. Has anyone had long spells where it seems to last fro days?
