Burning sensation on chest.

For the last couple of days I've been having a burning sensation which to me seems to be closer to the surface of my chest and located in the centre and radiating outwards. Changing my position doesn't improve it and it's been constant for two days now and along with this I've felt nauseous but not been sick. I'm terrible for going to the docs as it's a last resort for me. Can anyone help?

I can only speak from my own individual experience and am no way medically trained but I have suffered similar and put it down to suffering with acid and indigestion confirmed by my Dr. Maybe try some acid remedies and if it doesn't help then a trip to your gp may be in order. It's a very common ailment especially seen in anxiety x
