I have noticed that everyday tasks that i used to find easy seem to be getting harder due to the Anxiety and Ocd taking up so much space. I am forgetting simple things and work especially is really difficult trying to accomplish what used to be straight forward. I am in a new job and i am taking a lot longer to work things out than others and even when not anxious my learning speed has decreased. Anyone else finding this?

Sure have. It's your thoughts! You need to concentrate on the task in front of you ad stop thinking about OCD and anxiety. Don't worry about how others are doing at work, just focus on your job. I found out the more I concentrated on what I was doing the anxiety thoughts go away. The brain can only hold one thought at a time, make sure they are good thoughts.
