Dodgy tummy...panicking

Sorry for the overshare...I've just had a very bad case of "loose stools" which always makes me panic when it comes out of nowhere. wracking my brains thinking of what could have caused it. 2 hours prior I had spaghetti with 45grams of cheese, but surely it wouldn't have an effect so soon? Always convinced it's something more sinister :(

I have IBS-D and it's a common occurrence with me. When I eat something I shouldn't sometimes it'll be 20 minutes after eating, sometimes it's the next day. It sucks because I never know when it's going to hit. Sometimes stress alone can cause diarrhea!

Hmmm I wonder if it could be that! Happens a lot with cheese, although not when I eat pizza?!
