Is earlobe pain a symptom of anxiety?

I noticed that sometimes I feel this short but strong pain in my right earlobe, on the outer side. I was wondering if this can be caused by anxiety?
Does anyone else notice this issue?

Not specifically ear lobe pain. But I have had pain in really strange places caused by anxiety that I never thought I would have. I wouldn't worry too much because a pain in your ear lobe can't hurt you massively except for maybe a little bit of pain. Just try and take some deep breaths and watch a tv show or film ��
