OK, I'm getting a bit worried. Few days ago I had a little itchy bump on my leg which was a bit red and had a red spot on top. Just now I saw it again and the red dot was black like it was healing but a large area around it had turned purple and itched when I scratched it. I'm worried it's petechiae or something like that. Especially cause of my lymph nodes
