I have been suffering from bad health anxiety over two years now and I have noticed that my memory is really not good at all. Over this year I have smoked weed very frequently and also have taken MDMA about 20 times over the course of two years.
For example, I feel like I have to try really hard to remember what I did say last Friday, and if I didn't do anything significant I can't really remember it at all. I am struggling to tell if it is the drugs that have messed with my brain and the anxiety is making it worse, or there is another underlying issue.
Has anyone else heard of this? I am not experiencing any other cognitive problems and can articulate perfectly it is just my memory that is suffering.
