I can't stop shaking from shock after a near miss event recently and my anxiety has reached new levels. Any recommendations to trigger some calming feelings?

Try taking it easy and staying away from those who may trigger any stress. Take a "me" day as i would say spenid it on yourself and just yourself. it should help to make you fell better.
