I forgot to take my medication today

I left my pill at home and forgot to bring it to work with me. Is it okay to miss a day? I'm assuming yes, but a little worried.

Yeah, it will be ok.

Cit has a long half life (about 36 hours) so it reduces more gradually than a short half life drug.

I'm on a pretty short half life drug and i've varied the times around 6 hours before with no difference.

Follow the advice on the leaflet in the box as it will explain what to do in the event of this and whether you can take it later in the day when you get home or whether it's too close to your next dose so better to skip it.
