Scared of sleeping?

Lately, I've been scared of sleeping. I find the whole process so scary, especially the not being conscious when you sleep. Can anyone relate? Any tips?

Hi - I too struggle with this. No real tips to be honest, it just eased with time as I got control of my anxiety. I still get concerned about going to bed, but it's now manageable.
