I'm a 37yo female, and I've had HA for as long as I can remember. I've tried every antidepressant known to man, and I never respond well to any of them. I panic over the slightest things...a lot of times over asymmetry of my face or body (mostly face). I've diagnosed myself with every rare disease I have ever read about. I do go to therapy every other week and it does help some.

Lately, my right eye has felt "weird". The lid moves slower than the left eye, and I've noticed that the eye is smaller as well. So of course, I think I have Silent Sinus Syndrome and I'm convinced I'm going to be deformed and no one will believe me that I have it. It's SUCH a struggle.

I hate living like this. Do any of you have any advice on how you talk yourself out of NOT having a horrible, disfiguring disease?

Hello! I really relate. Asymmetrical stuff on my body drives me mad too....
